AB develops and implements procedures and strategies to satisfy the staffing needs of companies and institutions entering the Peruvian market or undertaking structural changes.

This comprehensive process includes:

▪ Identification of market hiring opportunities.
▪ Assessment and selection of personnel in line with the company’s needs.
▪ Personnel training tailored to the company’s requirements.
▪ Accompaniment and oversight of newly-hired employees during their initial incorporation in the company.
▪Alternatively, companies can outsource their staffing needs with AB’s own personnel.

Our methodology:
In each selection process, AB conducts in-depth interviews, skill-based interviews and technical interviews of hand-picked candidates. These candidates also undergo psychological testing to ensure their suitability. AB thoroughly checks all references and verifies the information reported on candidates’ résumés before ultimately providing the company with a short list of those candidates that have successfully passed this rigorous process.

Timeline:
In 90% of searches, staffing is completed in less than one month. In a small percentage of cases (10%) where the company requires extremely specific characteristics or prior experience for certain positions, the process may take over five weeks.
